Andrew Catto is a management development consultant, focusing on supporting individuals, teams and organisations through change in terms of behaviour, processes and results. His initial work experience was with a major financial services company, working in many business units including the relationship management of multinational accounts, marketing software packages and internal consultancy.

Andrew’s main work involves the design and delivery of a range of training and development and increasingly one to one executive coaching. He brings a diverse and innovative approach to the Impact Programmes, helping people recognise their particular skills and needs.
