Training & Development Consultant & Impact Programmes Trainer

Until recently Elaine was a part time lecturer at Thames Valley University where she developed and delivered a series of training courses. For many years she worked within the special event industry building businesses and setting up and developing sound and financially successful sales departments that met their targets. Elaine’s career is now focused on Training and Development and she brings meticulous discipline as well as energy and enthusiasm to the Impact Programmes.
