Steve is a retired Met Police Chief Superintendent with 30 years experience at operational, training and strategic level. Steve has strong experience of Leadership training and development and understands better than most how behaviours and attitudes affect how a job gets done, which is why he endorses the USP approach.

Steve also works in the private sector to advise and deliver his deep knowledge of business, security threats and counter measures to assist a number of organisations such as the All England Tennis Club as ‘security adviser’.
